Aditya & Mohit Fashions provides Internet-based service through the Website which enables the Users to purchase original merchandise. These commodities include clothing & its accessories. Upon placing an order, Aditya & Mohit Fashions shall ship the Product to you. You entitle yourself to the payment for the Services and the Product as per these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms as and when required at its discretion.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a contract between You and Aditya & Mohit Fashions. Furthermore, you acknowledge that these Terms govern Your use of the Website & the Service.
- USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

- NO COMPENSATION POLICY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is of no relevance if the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased through the Website did not meet your expectations. We will not provide you with any compensation other than the Return and refund or Exchange of the product as prescribed by the Return & Refund Policy.
You cannot request payment for any reason, including but not limited to any:
(i) Variation in the finish or appearance of the final product
(ii) Delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.
(iii) Special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product.

Unreasonable and unlawful requests:
Will be treated as the loss to business cases. Aditya & Mohit Fashions holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
Aditya & Mohit Fashions’ aggregate liability and that of its affiliates, licensors & partners in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the value of last purchase completed by you under these Terms through the Service.
- EXACTNESS NOT GUARANTEED
Aditya & Mohit Fashions at this moment disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations.
We may require alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the merchandise brand, size, color, etc. due to limitations caused by the availability of product differentiation in size charts of respective brands, etc. We further expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted or the content on the Website.

Moreover, many of our products are handmade, and there may be variation in each product piece.

We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on goods and/or services you buy from us. However, we do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice.
The prices mentioned on the Website are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy, and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.
All references to Rupee/INR on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices are different to International prices due to factors such as taxes, duties etc.
Prices are subject to change at any time, without any notifications.
The price displayed on the Website about any Product in INR represents the full price of the product to ship it in India except in cases wherever mentioned. In the case of foreign shipping any duties, levies and shipping costs would be extra.

We charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the goods not available. We may allow Cash On Delivery option for orders of absolute value and at certain specific locations within India. The amount of order and places eligible for Cash on Delivery may vary from time to time and also from product to product.

We display the prices for international users on the Website in U.S. Dollars & Euros which you can view in your preferred currency. On checkout, the shipping costs would add up and the amount to be paid by the User would be shown.
Please note that the actual amount to be paid by you as an international user will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions are done by your bank/credit card provider on the date of billing.
- SHIPPING INFORMATION:
(A) DELIVERIES WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping to customers within India. The time of delivery may vary from place to place once we dispatch the products from our warehouse.
(B) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For International shipments, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs.1,50,000/- and orders below Rs.15,000/- we charge an additional amount for shipping on every purchase. The Shipping costs vary depending on order value and shipping location. Shipping costs start at about INR 2500/ $50 / 35 Euros for smaller orders going up to a maximum of INR 4,500 / $74 / 62.
However, these costs are indicative only. We do our international shipping by following international courier services FedEx or UPS.
(C) DELIVERY TIME
Shipment/delivery time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with ADITYA & MOHIT FASHIONS and all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. In case of Cash on the Delivery option, the delivery time starts from the time you place an order, and all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc.
Within India, all of Aditya & Mohit Fashions’ orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address via our delivery partners. Processing the order normally takes two working days and then shipping within India takes 4-6 business days. However, this is only an estimate of delivery time, and there may be delays.
For international users:
we shall intimate the estimated delivery time through an e-mail once we process the order.
In case of unforeseen delays in the Delivery Time beyond one month of the estimated Delivery Time, ADITYA & MOHIT FASHIONS will notify customers so that the clients may choose to cancel their order.
Further, Aditya & Mohit Fashions works with different types of suppliers and the delivery time to Users may be subject to delivery of products from supplier to us. In case of unforeseen delays, we will inform the User. At this point, we may cancel the order by the user with our consent.
- CANCELLATION BY DALMIA FASHIONS
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in us canceling your order shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. Additionally, any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if we cancel all or any portion of your order or if we need any additional information to take your order.
If we cancel your order after we charge your credit card, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit Card or Bank Account as applicable within 10-14 working days.
- CANCELLATION BY USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and we have not processed/approved the order, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. In case the order has been processed and dispatched, we may initiate return only on receipt of the product.
- INSURANCE
Aditya & Mohit Fashions insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until we deliver it to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Dalmia Fashions and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
- TAXES & DUTIES
Deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
International Deliveries
We ship orders to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary for delivery. We are unable to advise what amount this would be as duties vary widely from country to country. For more information, please write to us at info@adityaandmohit.com.
- RELEVANT INFORMATION
Aditya & Mohit Fashions shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods caused due to any reason which is beyond its reasonable control.
If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the Users in entering their details (i.e., wrong name, address or contact number), we will have to resend the order. The user must pay the extra cost towards re-delivery, and we shall extend the Delivery Time.
We do not ship back-orders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within two working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
Additionally:
Aditya & Mohit Fashions can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
Our Delivery Partners will attempt delivery three times at the delivery address specified by you in the order before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility on the Website.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return & exchange policy will not be applicable at the time of sale
We will refund the original shipping charges and duties.

- A) 10 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason Aditya & Mohit Fashions will replace the product free of cost or refund the amount paid by you. For an exchange/account credit return, You must notify Aditya & Mohit Fashions within ten days of your receipt of the Product.
We can accept returns only when items are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Also, we can exchange items only if you return them in their original packaging, with their original tags intact, so we ask that you try on each piece before removing its tag.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.
Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:
Items should be returned unused and with all ADITYA & MOHIT FASHIONS tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and we may send it back to the customer.
You should include belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags with your return.
Aditya & Mohit Fashions may return unidentified returns to the sender.
You should try all shoes on a carpeted surface before wear.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. We will not accept any returns if you fiddle with this piece, and we may send it back to the customer.
If we receive damaged products, they are faulty. Damaged items as a result of normal wear and tear are not faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. In case you are not happy with the color, you may request a return as per our returns policy.
- B) PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
If you tamper or damage any product while transportation, we must be notified by email within 48 hours. Otherwise, Aditya & Mohit Fashions will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to info@adityaandmohit.com.
We will investigate the damage from our end and try to repair or replace the product. However, Aditya & Mohit Fashions reserves the right to determine the authenticity of harm and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product.
- C) HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To return or exchange an item that you’ve bought from Aditya & Mohit Fashions :
For an exchange or return, you must notify Aditya & Mohit Fashions within 10 days of receipt of the product
To get in touch with Dalmia Fashions, write to us at. info@adityaandmohit.com with your return or exchange request.
We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details on how to process your return or exchange. We will also coordinate a courier pick-up for your piece.
Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 10 to 14 working days the amount paid for the piece.
Within India, we would refund the full amount paid. For International Orders, we would not be able to refund Shipping Charges or import duties, customs fees or local taxes paid by you.
- D) ALTERATION
Aditya & Mohit Fashions may provide alteration services in limited cities and the availability of this service, at present, is within India. The costs for such service will be in addition to the cost of the Products.
- E) NECESSARY INFORMATION
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before we dispatch them to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at info@adityaandmohit.com.
In case you wish to exchange the item for a different size, we can do this when possible. We keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available. If we don’t have the size you want in stock, you can use the credit amount whenever you shop with us next time or seek a refund.
Items should be in their original packaging. All tags should be in intact.
Aditya & Mohit Fashions reserves the right to determine whether an item is in good condition, and eligible for exchange. If the returned product in our sole judgment does not fall in the good condition and has been used or damaged before the return. We reserve the right not to refund any money paid by you for the product.
- INDEMNITY AND RELEASE
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Aditya & Mohit Fashions, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand. Additionally, actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party. These Terms or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.
- COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit the Website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mail or phone calls from us with respect to your order.
- ALTERATION OF SERVICE OR AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the website. Or you order goods from us unless any change to those policies or these conditions which require being made by law or government authority.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
